WHAT THE DISPLAY MEANS

Bit-perfect where supported. LDAC-ready by design.

For a supported local WAV and compatible USB DAC route, Diamond Player can preserve the source bit depth and sample rate without intentional format conversion. The on-screen XX-bit / XXX kHz readout reports source and playback metadata.

LDAC is a high-resolution Bluetooth codec, not a mathematically lossless or guaranteed bit-perfect link. Wireless quality depends on the Android device, headset, codec setting, radio conditions, and operating-system audio routing.
